Lifeguard Management Agreement

This Central NC lifeguard contract is all-inclusive, covering everything from the opening of the facility in the spring through the maintenance during the winter months. Our staff of highly-trained lifeguards will be supervised by an on-site adult pool manager and supported by our regional supervisors.

Services include:

• Lifeguarding main pool and attending wading pool
• Checking water chemistry and recording readings every hour
• Maintaining chemical balance of pool water
• Vacuuming pool regularly
• Cleaning tiles around pool edge
• Backwashing filter system
• Cleaning bathhouses daily
• Cleaning swimming pool area
• Emptying trash and moving roll-outs to curb on designated days
• Straightening deck furniture and maintaining cleanliness on a daily basis
• Replenishing janitorial supplies in bathhouse
• Enforcing rules of the facility as established by pool owner for the safety of members and guests

Attendant Agreement From NC’s Aqua Tech Pool Management

For facilities that don’t require a lifeguard but need a professional attendant to care for their daily duties, we offer attendant agreements. Much like our lifeguard agreement, the Aqua Tech attendant is trained in all aspects of caring for your facility, from cleaning to pool maintenance. Though not lifeguard-certified, our attendants are CPR-certified and trained in the proper way to handle any emergency situation.

Attendant agreement services include the following for pools in Charlotte, Greensboro, Raleigh, and surrounding areas:

• Monitoring pool area and entrance (pool is not lifeguarded, swim at own risk)
• Checking water chemistry and recording readings every hour
• Maintaining chemical balance of pool water
• Vacuuming pool
• Cleaning tiles around pool edge
• Backwashing filter system
• Cleaning bathhouses daily
• Cleaning swimming pool area
• Emptying trash and moving roll-outs to curb on designated days
• Straightening deck furniture and maintaining cleanliness on a daily basis
• Replenishing janitorial supplies in bathhouse
• Enforcing rules of the facility as established by pool owner for the safety of members and guests
• Assisting owner in collecting guest fees and administering written membership entrance policy
• Supervising immediate area outside pool fence to include parking lot and common area
