Meet Michelle! Michelle has worked with the Aquat Meet Michelle! Michelle has worked with the Aquatech team since 2021 and excited to be continuing as the Regional Personnel Manager at the Greensboro Branch. As a former teacher, she loves welcoming newcomers to the workforce and creating a culture of learning and growth for all her staff! Outside of work she spends time blowing off steam with her roller derby team, Relentless Roller Derby, binge watching RuPaul's Drag Race or playing the newest Playstation games (Hogwarts Legacy anyone? 👀). Once she's cleared to skate again (post knee surgery this past October) she promises to invite everyone to see her as "Scare Berr" at a derby bout. #aquatechmeettheteamtuesday
Happy Meet the Team Tuesday!! Meet Haley 🔹 Hale Happy Meet the Team Tuesday!! Meet Haley 🔹 Haley recently started with us this year. Haley absolutely loves her dog. When she is not working her and Ruger love to adventure! Haley is currently helping staff all of our Charlotte pools and looks forward to learning all about AquaTech! Say hi to Haley when you see her at your pool this summer
Trevor joined the AquaTech team in the fall of 201 Trevor joined the AquaTech team in the fall of 2019 and is the Triad Repair & Maintenance Supervisor. He loves hiking, camping, backyard barbecuing with his friends and his amazing wife!
Caleb joined AquaTech as a regional director in No Caleb joined AquaTech as a regional director in November. In high school, he worked as a lifeguard for the company and ended up finding a position here in the Raleigh office after graduating college. He enjoys surfing in the summer and skiing in winter. Go mountaineers!
Meet Kayla our director of HR and head of staffing Meet Kayla our director of HR and head of staffing in Charlotte. She started working for Aquatech in 2011 as a lifeguard. She recently rejoined our team at the beginning of 2023 and we love to have her back. It’s not uncommon to find her with a coffee or redbull or both on her hand. When she’s not at work she’s typically chasing her daughter Collins around or reading.

Ian recently joined the AquaTech team in January and will be the Regional Director in East Charlotte. Ian has many years in sales & account management. He is a family man with 2 kids (pic above 💙) when Ian isn’t working and hanging with his crew, he loves to golf, can finish a Rubik cube super fast and loves anime! Everyone welcome Ian to the AquaTech family!!
🔹🔹 it is time for another meet the team Tues 🔹🔹 it is time for another meet the team Tuesday! everyone meet Kelly! 🔹🔹Kelly has been with AquaTech for five years! She started as a pool manager in Greensboro, transitioned to a staffing coordinator, and now is the general manager of the Greensboro branch! She has an orange and very tubby, tabby-cat named Zero who she feeds with mountains of love (aka food). Kelly is always down for an adventure and absolutely loves chocolate! If you know, Kelly, you know she was always having fun… Peep the cow costume
